Short workshop to lead participants through the process of personal creative development (Art Therapy) towards finding their Inner Voice for Self advocacy. The workshop is designed to help people recognize their subconscious limiting beliefs and habits and develop more awareness. When we become more aware, we gain power to control our lives rather than let life control us. We need to be mindful – the only time we have is now. What we do and how we feel in the present moment is the indication of what we are creating for the future. No previous Art experience necessary.
